Please complete this form if you are a Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON)-approved Instructor in a Nurse Aide Training Program in Maryland and would like to access TMU©.

You will then be able to enter new students' training records into the TMU© software and complete their training when they have successfully completed your program. Once a candidate's training record is completed, you will be able to register them for their state competency evaluation testing.

NOTE: If you are an instructor for multiple training programs, please list the programs under the Nurse Aide Training Program Affiliation section.
